Description

The

Zycoo SLP (Starter License Package) is the base software license for the ZYCOO IP Audio Center, the central management engine for their IP public address and paging systems. It is designed for small deployments and typically includes 10 device licenseswith one year of service. 

Core Components
The software ecosystem managed under this license includes:
  • IP Audio Center: The server-side “brain” that manages all endpoints, paging schedules, and intercom calls.
  • IP Audio Dispatch Console: A multi-platform application (Windows, MacOS, Linux) for dispatchers to broadcast music, live paging, and manage alarms.
  • IP Audio Dispatch App: A mobile alternative for iOS and Android, allowing for remote monitoring and emergency broadcasting. 
Key Functionalities
  • Paging & Announcements: Supports live SIP paging, scheduled tasks (e.g., school bells), and text-to-speech (TTS) via Google services.
  • Background Music (BGM): Centrally manages playlists and streams high-quality audio to specific zones.
  • Intercom & Video Linkage: Facilitates two-way audio/video communication. It can link external IP cameras to audio-only intercoms via RTSP for visual verification.
  • Automation: Uses MQTT technology for real-time endpoint status monitoring and reporting (Idle, Busy, Offline). 
Licensing & Scalability
  • Initial Capacity: The SLP package starts with 10 licenses.
  • Expansion: If more than 10 devices are needed, you can purchase the ELP10 (Extra 10 licenses) or ELP100 (Extra 100 licenses) packages.
  • System Limits: The software itself can support up to 4,000 SIP accounts and 500 simultaneous calls, though actual capacity depends on the host server hardware. 
Pricing Note: The Starter License Package (SLP) is approximately €178 / AED 1,000, while extra 10-license packs are around €76 / AED 230.
