The SLP (Starter License Package) is the entry level software license for IP public address and paging. It is designed for small deployments and typically includes 10 licenses. The software ecosystem managed under this license includes:
- IP Audio Center: The server-side software that manages all endpoints, paging schedules, and intercom calls.
- IP Audio Dispatch Console: A multi-platform application (Windows, MacOS, Linux) for dispatchers to broadcast music, live paging, and manage alarms.
- IP Audio Dispatch App: A mobile alternative for iOS and Android, allowing for remote monitoring and emergency broadcasting.
Key Functionality:
- Supports live SIP paging, scheduled tasks (e.g., school bells), and text-to-speech (TTS) via Google services.
- Centrally background music playlists with high-quality audio to specific zones.
- Facilitates two-way audio/video communication. It can link external IP cameras to audio-only intercoms via RTSP for visual verification.
- Uses MQTT technology for real-time endpoint status monitoring and reporting (Idle, Busy, Offline).
Licensing & Scalability:
- The SLP package starts with 10 licenses.
- If more than 10 devices are needed, you can purchase the ELP10 (Extra 10 licenses) or ELP100 (Extra 100 licenses) packages.
- The software itself can support up to 4,000 SIP accounts and 500 simultaneous calls, though actual capacity depends on the host server hardware.
