Hosted PBX for Zoho Quick Setup Guide
Follow these steps to link your Goldtel Hosted PBX tenant to Zoho and enable PhoneBridge controls for your extension users.
Prerequisite: enable the correct product licensing
Your telephone system must have the correct product licensing configured before it can be integrated with Zoho.
Ask Goldtel to prepare the environment
Contact the admin or technical support team and we will prepare the system environment so you can get up and running quickly.
What you will configure
The setup has two parts: first link your company’s Goldtel Hosted PBX tenant to Zoho, then link each PBX extension to the correct Zoho user.
Integration steps
Work through the steps in order. The screenshots show the relevant screens in the Goldtel Hosted PBX Portal and Zoho.
Log in to the Goldtel Hosted PBX Portal
Use your company administrative user account to sign in to the Goldtel Hosted PBX Portal.
Open the Zoho integration screen
From the side menu, choose Zoho, then select “Sign in with Zoho administrator’s account to integrate.”
Approve access in Zoho
When Zoho asks for permission, click “Accept” to grant the Goldtel Hosted PBX PhoneBridge extension access to your Zoho tenant.
Confirm that the tenant is integrated
After approval, you will be redirected back to the Goldtel Hosted PBX Portal. The setup is complete when the page shows “Zoho is integrated.”
Link PBX extensions to Zoho users
For each extension user, open the Zoho section, set “Use Zoho” to “Yes”, enter the user’s Zoho email address or user ID, and click “Save”.
Verify PhoneBridge inside Zoho
Log in to Zoho and check that the PhoneBridge controls appear in the bottom toolbar. Once visible, the integration is ready for use.
