Description
ZYCOO CooCenter provides flexible telephony interface combinations while allowing for future scalability. CooCenter allows you to decide what types of extensions and physical trunks you need for your solution.
Onsite hardware includes 2 slots for interface cards. These slots can accommodate PRI, FXO and FXS. The telephony side also allows for SIP trunks or IP extensions up to 120 IP ports either trunks or extensions.
Callcenter capacity: 60 agents using either SIP or WebRTC.
